Start with the lens
Lens type is the most important decision. Racing goggles use low-profile curved lenses for less drag, while recreational models prioritize a wide field of view. Ask your supplier for polycarbonate lenses with an anti-fog coating and UV400 protection as a baseline.
Anti-fog is non-negotiable
Anti-fog coatings wear off over time. Confirm the coating quality with a water test sample, and ask about the coating method used in production. A good anti-fog treatment should survive months of regular training.
Check the strap and seal
Silicone straps last longer and feel more comfortable than rubber. The gasket around the lens should be soft but firm enough to create a watertight seal without pressure marks.
Plan your MOQ and lead time
Before ordering, confirm minimum order quantities, sample turnaround, and production lead time. A reliable factory will share a clear timeline from sample approval to shipment.
