Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for global buyers: factory capabilities, OEM/ODM, materials, certifications, pricing, and shipping.

About Our Factory

We are a factory-based manufacturer of swim gear and silicone products with our own molding, printing, and assembly lines. We also handle export directly, which means you get factory-direct pricing and one accountable contact from sampling to shipping.

Yes, buyers are welcome. Our factory is located in Longxi Town, Boluo County, Huizhou, Guangdong, about 1.5 hours from Shenzhen. We can arrange a tour, show you our production lines, and introduce our QC process. For remote buyers, we offer live video factory tours on request.

Our team has been manufacturing swim and silicone products since 2004. Over the years we have built dedicated lines for goggles, diving masks, silicone tableware, silicone toys, and industrial silicone seals for clients around the world.

We export worldwide, with strong experience in the US, EU, UK, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Our documentation and test reports support entry into markets that require FDA, LFGB, RoHS, or REACH compliance.

Product Development & OEM/ODM

In OEM, you provide the design or sample and we manufacture it exactly to your specification. In ODM, we use our existing designs and mold library, then customize colors, logos, and packaging for your brand. ODM is faster and lowers your upfront cost because no new mold is needed.

We accept STEP, STL, IGES, and PDF drawings, as well as photos and physical samples. For logos we accept AI, CDR, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. If you only have a rough sketch or an idea, our engineers can help turn it into a production-ready design.

Yes. Share your requirements, reference photos, or target market, and our engineering team will advise on materials, structure, and manufacturability. We can provide DFM (design for manufacturing) feedback before tooling begins to avoid costly revisions.

Most projects need 1 to 3 rounds of sample revisions. We first confirm the structural sample, then refine appearance details such as color, logo, and finish. Each round is targeted at 48 hours once the sampling brief and design are confirmed.

Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share detailed drawings. Custom molds and exclusive designs remain your property, and we do not offer your exclusive designs to other buyers.

Manufacturing & Tooling

We use compression molding for sturdy parts like gaskets and straps, LSR (liquid silicone rubber) injection molding for precise, high-volume consumer products, and extrusion for continuous profiles and tubing. We recommend the best process for your product geometry and order volume.

Molds you pay for are owned by you and kept in our factory for your future orders. Mold ownership, storage, and maintenance terms are agreed in writing. If you later switch factories, we can discuss mold transfer arrangements.

Standard silicone molds typically take 10 to 20 working days depending on complexity. After mold approval, sample production is targeted at 48 hours. We provide a clear tooling schedule before you confirm the order.

Minor adjustments such as surface texture, logo position, or hardness can usually be handled. Major geometry changes may require mold modifications or a new mold. Our engineers will tell you honestly whether a change is feasible and what it costs.

Materials & Quality

Yes. We offer food-grade silicone that is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and odorless. Our baby and kitchen products can be tested to FDA and LFGB standards, and we can arrange third-party testing through accredited labs for your specific product.

Silicone hardness is measured on the Shore A scale, typically from 20A (very soft) to 80A (firm). Goggles and masks usually use 30A to 50A for a comfortable seal, while industrial seals may require firmer compounds. We help you select the right hardness for your application.

We follow a three-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, inline checks during molding and assembly, and a final AQL inspection before packing. You can request photos or videos of the inspection, or arrange a third-party inspection before shipment.

Yes. We maintain current test reports for common standards such as FDA, LFGB, RoHS, and REACH. We can also arrange testing for your specific product and color, because different pigments can affect test results.

Branding & Packaging

We offer pad printing, laser engraving, embossing, debossing, and in-mold labeling. The best method depends on your logo design and product type. We can produce a sample board so you can compare methods before committing to mass production.

Yes. We match colors using Pantone references and our color library. We recommend approving a physical color sample before mass production, since screen colors can differ from the finished silicone.

Yes, including poly bags, hang tags, color boxes, and retail-ready packaging. We can add your logo, barcode, and compliance labels. Packaging costs and lead times are quoted separately so you can compare options clearly.

Yes, we can prepare FBA-compliant cartons with proper labeling and palletization according to Amazon's requirements. Share your FBA shipping plan and we will confirm the labeling details before production.

Pricing, MOQ & Payment

MOQ is 288 pieces for swimming goggles and diving masks, and 1,000 pieces, sets or pairs for other products depending on the item. We can confirm the exact unit and customization requirements for your order.

For an accurate quote, please share the product type or drawing, material and hardness, size, color, logo method, packaging, target quantity, and destination country. The more complete your information, the faster we can quote.

We commonly accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal for samples, and trade assurance through platforms like Alibaba. Standard terms are 30% deposit to confirm the order and 70% balance before shipment, with other terms negotiable for repeat customers.

Larger quantities spread mold amortization, raw material, and labor costs, so unit price typically decreases as order size grows. Ask for a quantity price ladder, such as 500, 1,000, 3,000, and 5,000 pieces, to plan your purchasing.

Shipping & After-Sales

We offer sea freight (FOB or CIF), air freight, and express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS for smaller orders. We recommend the most cost-effective option based on your order weight, destination, and delivery deadline.

We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and any certificates needed for customs clearance. For FOB terms we handle all export-side procedures, and we guide you on documents your destination country may require.

Production typically takes 7 to 30 days after deposit and sample approval. Custom-molded products may sit at the longer end because tooling comes first. We confirm the exact schedule in your order confirmation.

We stand behind our quality. If a defect is confirmed and documented with photos or videos, we will discuss rework, replacement, or a fair credit according to the agreed terms. Keeping the approved sample and test reports helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
