Quality and Warranty Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Our quality process focuses on clear specifications, approved samples and documented inspections before shipment.

Specification and sample approval

Production requirements are based on the approved drawing, specification sheet, sample or written confirmation. Buyers should confirm dimensions, material, hardness, colour, logo, packaging and test requirements before mass production.

Quality control process

  • Incoming inspection of key raw materials and components.
  • Inline checks during molding, printing, assembly and packing.
  • Final inspection against the approved specification before shipment.
  • AQL or buyer-specified inspection where agreed in the purchase order.

Warranty scope

Unless a different period is agreed in writing, products are warranted against material defects or workmanship defects that are present at delivery and reported within a reasonable period. The remedy may include replacement, credit or another solution agreed by both parties.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage, excessive heat, chemicals or unauthorized modification.
  • Natural wear, colour variation within approved tolerances, or minor differences typical of silicone and molded products.
  • Products made to buyer-supplied specifications where the specification itself caused the issue.
  • Claims submitted after the agreed claim period or without reasonable supporting evidence.

Mold ownership and confidentiality

Customer-paid molds remain the customer’s property unless otherwise agreed in writing. We can sign an NDA before receiving sensitive drawings and can confirm mold storage, maintenance and transfer terms in the quotation or contract.
