Shipping arrangements are confirmed in each quotation because cost and transit time depend on product volume, destination, packaging and the selected Incoterm.
Incoterms
We commonly quote FOB, CIF, DDP and other agreed terms. The selected Incoterm, named port or delivery location, included charges and risk transfer point will be stated in the quotation or sales contract.
Production and dispatch time
Production time usually ranges from 7 to 30 days after deposit and sample approval, depending on product type, order quantity, customization and material availability. Custom molds require additional tooling time. Dispatch dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Tracking and delivery
When goods are dispatched, we provide available tracking, bill of lading or airway bill details. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier operations, holidays or events outside our reasonable control do not automatically entitle either party to cancel an order.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, clearance charges and destination requirements are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP or another all-inclusive term is agreed in writing. Buyers should confirm labelling, certification and import requirements for their market before production.
Inspection and claims
Buyers should inspect goods promptly after delivery and report shortages or visible damage with photos, packing-list details and carrier records. Any claim process will follow the inspection, warranty and acceptance terms in the applicable sales contract.
